Beneath the surface of the gulf region holds up a mysterious excavation of airplane and shipwrecks such as MV Dara where it sunk on the 8th of April year 1961 caused by an explosion occurred in the middle of the ship. In that moment around 238 people had passed away in between the ports of Dubai and Muscat. It was considered to be the most fatality rate after the Titanic incident. As an artist I’ve explored it by obtaining my scuba diving license and illustrate their stories through my artworks.
